Anchored upon a private limestone cliffside promontory, Villa 07 was conceived as an unbroken single line of movement. The residence dissolves the boundary between raw geological mass and modern precision glazing.
From the floating travertine entrance over recirculating reflecting pools to the 18-meter cantilevered infinity edge overlooking the Pacific, every spatial volume is tuned to light, prevailing ocean breezes, and dusk solstice reflections.
The central longitudinal spine of the villa is tilted exactly 247° West, capturing the radiant sunset path along the infinity pool water surface on the longest summer solstice day.

Single-quarry bookmatched slabs characterized by delicate golden caramel and soft pewter veining across an ultra-pure milky white ground. Milled into monolithic waterfall islands and bathroom vanities.
FLUTED SMOKED OAK
Acoustically calibrated fluted wall paneling, stained with organic mineral smoke and finished in dead-matte natural wax. Features completely flush, concealed magnetic pivot doors.
